The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Actuarial Studies at Asia Pacific University (APU) is a comprehensive three-year program designed to develop students’ mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills, preparing them for a career as qualified actuaries. The curriculum integrates core actuarial principles with practical applications, ensuring graduates are well-equipped to assess and manage financial risks across various industries.
APU’s Actuarial Studies program is fully accredited by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), UK, and recognized by the Society of Actuaries (SOA), USA. Graduates who achieve the required standards can be eligible for exemptions from several professional examinations, significantly accelerating their journey toward becoming certified actuaries.
The program also offers a dual degree option in collaboration with De Montfort University (DMU), UK, allowing students to receive two-degree certificates upon graduation—one from APU and one from DMU.
