The Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) at IMU is a four-year undergraduate programme designed to prepare students for careers as competent, ethical, and patient-centred pharmacists. The curriculum integrates pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, public health, and professional development. Students gain strong theoretical foundations, practical skills in formulation and dispensing, and extensive exposure to hospital, community, and industrial pharmacy environments. Upon graduation, students are eligible to undertake one year of compulsory training as a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP), followed by a year of mandatory service in Malaysia, or continue with postgraduate studies locally or abroad.
