The Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons.) Visual Effects at Multimedia University (MMU) is a three-year programme that prepares students for creative roles in film, television, and digital content production. The curriculum blends technical skills in 3D modelling, compositing, effects simulation, and sound design with conceptual training in storytelling and design research. Through hands-on projects, industry exposure, and specialised electives, graduates are equipped for careers in visual effects production, animation, and multimedia post-production.

| Curriculum | Required Score |

| Foundation | Pass Foundation/Matriculation studies in related field from a recognised institution. |
| A-Level | Pass A-Level with a minimum of Grade D in any two (2) subjects. |
| Diploma | Recognised Creative Multimedia Diploma or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50. |
| DKM /DLKM/DVM | Pass DKM/DLKM/DVM with a minimum CGPA of 2.50. Candidates with CGPA below 2.50 MUST have at least two (2) years of work experience in the related field. |
| APEL.A | Possess an APEL.A certificate from MQA for admission into Bachelor programmes. |
| Interview | Pass an interview OR submission of student’s portfolio, to be determined by MMU as required. |
