The Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) (Hons) programme at the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) is a four-year, full-time degree designed to prepare students for a career as registered pharmacists in the UK and globally. This unique 2+2 programme structure allows students to complete the first two years at UNM and the final two years at the University of Nottingham in the UK.
The curriculum integrates scientific knowledge, clinical skills, and professional practice through themed teaching blocks such as “Drug, Medicine, and Patient.” Students engage in professional placements across hospitals, community pharmacies, and other healthcare settings, gaining hands-on experience and patient interaction. Additionally, opportunities for research projects in advanced pharmaceutical innovations are available.
