Doctor of Medicine (MD) at UCSI University is a five-year medical degree focused on preparing future doctors through a blend of basic medical sciences, clinical training and professional development. The programme is built around student-centred and problem-based learning, with early exposure to patient interaction and hospital-based learning from the start of the course.
Students begin at UCSI’s Springhill campus, where UCSI Hospital is also located, before moving into clinical training across hospitals and health clinics in Negeri Sembilan. The course emphasises practical medical procedures, communication skills and physical examination, supported by integrated learning and computer-assisted tools that help connect theory with real clinical practice.
