Overview
Spanning three years, this full-time program emphasizes Smart and Green Construction practices, aligning with Malaysia’s strategic plan, Construction 4.0, which advocates for technology and digital-enabled construction. A significant component of the curriculum is the Work-Based Learning (WBL) track, offering students a year-long industry placement.
This hands-on experience allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing their employability upon graduation. The program also focuses on Building Information Modeling (BIM), supporting the goal of adopting BIM in 80% of construction projects by 2025. By incorporating BIM principles and practices, students are prepared to contribute to the digital transformation of the construction sector. Intakes are available in February, April, and September, providing flexibility for prospective students.
