Overview
The Master of Clinical Psychology at IMU is a comprehensive two-year full-time programme aimed at developing professional clinical psychologists with strong theoretical knowledge and practical competence. The curriculum covers psychological assessment, psychotherapy, psychopathology, and research, alongside practicum placements across diverse clinical settings. Students benefit from rigorous academic training, hands-on clinical supervision, and exposure to multicultural mental health contexts. Applicants undergo a selection interview and are expected to demonstrate personal suitability for clinical work. Graduates can pursue careers in mental health clinics, hospitals, NGOs, education, and private practice, or continue into doctoral-level research and training.

Requirements
| Qualification | Requirements |

| Bachelor’s Degree | A Bachelor’s Degree of at least 3 years duration in Psychology or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00. A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology not meeting CGPA of 2.75 (but not lower than 2.50) may be considered subject to rigorous internal assessment by an independent review panel. Shortlisted applicants will undergo an interview session and must pass the interview conducted by the selection committee. Relevant work experience is an added advantage. |
