Overview

The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Culinary Management at Sunway University is a three-year programme that combines experiential learning with academic rigor to prepare students for the competitive culinary industry. The curriculum is designed to equip students with practical culinary skills alongside management and leadership abilities, providing a comprehensive foundation for success in the professional culinary field.

Upon successful completion, graduates receive dual certification: one from Sunway University and another from Le Cordon Bleu, a leading global institution in culinary and hospitality education.

Canadian Matriculation	55%.
Monash University Foundation Year	55%.
Sunway Foundation in Arts	CGPA 2.0.
Sunway Foundation in Science Technology	CGPA 2.0.
International Baccalaureate	Completed with minimum 24 points (excluding bonus points).
Sunway Diploma Studies	CAVG 40% or CGPA 2.0.
APEL.A	An APEL.A Certificate (APEL T-6) (Recognition of Prior Learning).
English Language	– IELTS or equivalent 5.5 (With no individual band below 5.0). – MUET Band 4. – O-Level English (1119) Credit.
