Overview
The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) at Sunway University is a programme designed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the world’s largest Chartered HR and development body, for aspiring managers and professionals aiming to become strategic leaders and human resource managers. The programme equips students with contemporary human resource management theories, concepts, and tools, fostering leadership skills to address HR challenges and align with business strategies.

Bachelors Degree (Related Fields, Lower CGPA) | A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 but below 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment. |
Bachelors Degree (Non-Related Fields, With Experience) | A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and with relevant working experience of at least 2 years, subject to a rigorous internal assessment. |
Bachelors Degree (Non-Related Fields, Without Experience) | A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses. |
APEL.A Certificate | An APEL.A Certificate (APEL T-7) (Recognition of Prior Learning). |
